END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR SOFTWARE (RoadViz, Shapefile Import Tool) by My3D, LLC.

IMPORTANT-READ CAREFULLY:
This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and My3D, LLC ("My3D") for software product(s) identified above ("SOFTWARE PRODUCT" or "SOFTWARE"). The SOFTWARE PRODUCT includes computer software, the associated media, any printed materials, and any "online" or electronic documentation. By installing, copying or otherwise using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, My3D, LLC is unwilling to license the SOFTWARE PRODUCT to you. In such event, you may not use or copy the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

SOFTWARE PRODUCT LICENSE
The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties.

1. GRANT OF LICENSE.
This EULA grants you the following rights:
* Software. You may install and use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on a COMPUTER. Portions of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT require a license to use.
* Licensing. This software is protected by licensing software. Permanent license keys are provided to customers after My3D receives payment for the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
* Use. Until you have purchased a full-license from My3D, usage is restricted to evaluation and demonstration. Those who plan to produce 3D models as a service must first purchase a full license.
* Storage/Network Use. You may also store or install a copy of the computer software portion of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on the COMPUTER to allow your other computers to use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT over an internal network, and distribute the SOFTWARE PRODUCT to your other computers over an internal network.

2. DESCRIPTION OF OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS.
* Limitations on Reverse Engineering, Decompilation and Disassembly. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.
* Rental. You may not rent or lease the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
* Termination. Without prejudice to any other rights, My3D, LLC may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this EULA. In such event, you must delete all copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and all of its component parts.

3. OTHER COPYRIGHTS.
The distibution contains software libraries from the following companies:

a) MultiGen-Paradigm (A Computer Associates Company).

These libraries may only be used with the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. These software libraries are the property of their authors.

4. PRODUCT SUPPORT.
Customers who purchase support for the SOFTWARE PRODUCT are entitled to e-mail (support@my3d.com) and phone support provided by My3D, LLC. Please refer to the support agreement for more information.

5. LIABILITY.
The RECIPIENT ASSUMES ALL RISKS, KNOWN AND UNKNOWN, OF USING THIS SOFTWARE. The DEVELOPER EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS, and the RECIPIENT WAIVES, ANY and ALL PERFORMANCE OR RESULTS YOU MAY OBTAIN BY USING THIS SOFTWARE OR DOCUMENTATION. THERE IS NO WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR, IMPLIED, AS TO NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTY RIGHTS, MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT WILL THE DEVELOPER OR ANYONE ELSE ASSOCIATED WITH THE DEVELOPMENT OF THIS SOFTWARE BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING ANY LOST PROFITS OR LOST SAVINGS WHATSOEVER.
