IMPORTANT-READ CAREFULLY: This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and My3D for software product(s) identified above ("SOFTWARE PRODUCT" or "SOFTWARE"). The SOFTWARE PRODUCT includes computer software, the associated media, any printed materials, and any "online" or electronic documentation.  By installing, copying or otherwise using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.  If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, My3D is unwilling to license the SOFTWARE PRODUCT to you.  In such event, you may not use or copy the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
 

SOFTWARE PRODUCT LICENSE
The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties.

1. GRANT OF LICENSE.
This EULA grants you the following rights:
* Software.  You may install and use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on a COMPUTER.  Portions of
the SOFTWARE PRODUCT require a license to use.
* Storage/Network Use.  You may also store or install a copy of the computer software portion of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on the COMPUTER to allow your other computers to use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT over an internal network, and distribute the SOFTWARE PRODUCT to your other computers over an internal network.  You may freely distribute the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, as long as the license.txt and README.txt are included.

2. DESCRIPTION OF OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS.
* Limitations on Reverse Engineering, Decompilation and Disassembly.  You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.
* Rental.  You may not rent or lease the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
* Termination.  Without prejudice to any other rights, My3D may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this EULA.  In such event, you must delete all copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and all of its component parts.

3. PRODUCT SUPPORT.
No product support for the SOFTWARE PRODUCT is provided by My3D.  If you have any questions or comments, we will try to answer them.  Please write to info@my3d.com.

4.  LIABILITY.
The RECIPIENT ASSUMES ALL RISKS, KNOWN AND UNKNOWN, OF USING THIS SOFTWARE.  The DEVELOPER EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS, and the RECIPIENT WAIVES, ANY and ALL PERFORMANCE OR RESULTS YOU MAY OBTAIN BY USING THIS SOFTWARE OR DOCUMENTATION.  THERE IS NO WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR, IMPLIED, AS TO NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTY RIGHTS, MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.  IN NO EVENT WILL THE DEVELOPER OR ANYONE ELSE ASSOCIATED WITH THE DEVELOPMENT OF THIS SOFTWARE BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING ANY LOST PROFITS OR LOST SAVINGS WHATSOEVER.
